Frequently asked questions

What kind of projects do you work on?

I specialize in cinematic video editing and production, including travel films, brand videos, hotels and Airbnbs, real estate, social media content, and personal projects. Whether it’s a single edit or an ongoing collaboration, the focus is always on storytelling, pacing, and a polished final result.

Do you work with clients outside of Toronto?

Yes. While I’m based in Toronto, I work with clients worldwide. All editing projects are handled remotely, and for video production or drone work, travel can be discussed depending on the project scope.

Do you offer filming as well as editing?

Yes. I offer both editing-only services and full shoot + edit packages. If you already have footage, I can step in purely as an editor. If you need content captured from scratch, I can handle the entire process from filming through to final delivery.

What footage do you work with?

I regularly work with phone footage, mirrorless cameras, drones, and mixed formats. As long as the footage is usable, I can clean it up, color correct it, and blend everything into a cohesive, cinematic edit.

How long does a typical project take?

Turnaround depends on the length and complexity of the project. Most short-form edits take a few days, while larger brand or cinematic pieces may take one to two weeks. Timelines are always agreed upon before starting.

How many revisions are included?

Each project includes a set number of revision rounds, discussed upfront. My goal is to get the edit right quickly through clear communication and references, so revisions are usually minimal.

Do you help with music selections

Yes. I can source and license royalty-free music that fits the mood and pacing of your project, or work with tracks you already have. Music choice is a key part of the storytelling process.

What platforms do you deliver for?

I deliver videos optimized for platforms like Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and websites, as well as high-quality master files for archiving or future use.

How is pricing structured?

Pricing is project-based rather than hourly. Once I understand your footage, goals, and deliverables, I’ll provide a clear fixed price so there are no surprises.

How do we get started?

Use the contact form and tell me a bit about your project, including timeline, references, and intended use. I’ll follow up to discuss next steps and see if we’re a good fit.
